WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGES

Your wedding is special and we treat it as such. We offer a variety of packages and a la carte services based on your needs.

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE

This is our most comprehensive package - covers design, budget, vendors, management, logistics, and everything in between. We will work together from start to finish, working to make your dream wedding as unique and as special as you are. We will focus on prepping for the wedding so you and yours can focus on prepping for marriage. 

  • Unlimited phone and email communication prior to the event

  • Create, manage and update budget

  • Finding, contracting, and securing your venue

  • Hiring and management of all wedding vendors

  • Complete wedding design including a design proposal, wedding logo

  • A detailed day of timeline and event production schedule

  • Coordination and attendance of vendor meetings, tastings, site visits

  • Hotel accommodations: coordinating blocks of rooms at selected hotels

  • Stationery coordination: May include the management of the design and production of your save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus and other printed materials. Handling of RSVP’s (may include receiving and tracking your RSVP’s)

  • Welcome bags & favors: branding, ordering, assembling, and delivery

  • Coordination of event day rentals

  • Transportation coordination: booking and ensuring smooth timing of all event day transportation for event party and guests.

  • Contract review

  • Decor and festivities set up

  • Onsite management and coordination of all wedding vendors

While I will work closely with you to bring your vision to life - all vendor selection, pricing and elements of designing your perfect day will be approved by you.

You’re almost there! Planning can be tiring. I’m here to tie up loose ends, put the final touches during the last month before the wedding so you can rest easy before the big day.
